At Nawabees Honey, we take great care to deliver pure, natural, and safely packaged products to your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we have a simple and transparent refund and returns policy.
Returns

In the rare event that you receive a wrong or damaged item, you may return the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please take a Video & Photograph of the product within 24 hours of delivery and send it via WhatsApp to +91 93925 55076 for verification.
Note: Products once opened, unsealed, or consumed are not eligible for return or refund due to the nature of our product.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 – 6 working days.
Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into packaging and dispatch.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2–3 hours of placing the order by sending a WhatsApp message to +91 93925 55076.
