Refund & Returns Policy

At Nawabees Honey, we take great care to deliver pure, natural, and safely packaged products to your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we have a simple and transparent refund and returns policy.

Returns

  • In the rare event that you receive a wrong or damaged item, you may return the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Please take a Video & Photograph  of the product within 24 hours of delivery and send it via WhatsApp to +91 93925 55076 for verification.

Note: Products once opened, unsealed, or consumed are not eligible for return or refund due to the nature of our product.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 – 6 working days.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into packaging and dispatch.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2–3 hours of placing the order by sending a WhatsApp message to +91 93925 55076.
